Open the Profile tab and tap Delete local data to erase everything stored on your device. If you signed in, tap Delete account to also remove your server-side records (subscription history and usage counts). Neither action cancels an active subscription — see below.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the App Store app. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
